CONWELL provides a comprehensive range of fiber optic accessories—including termination boxes, splice closures, waterproof sealing kits, and cable clamps—designed to ensure stability and reliability in complex environments. Our products are widely applied in data centers, 5G networks, FTTH, smart cities, and industrial communication systems, delivering long-term durability, ease of installation, and superior environmental resistance.
Fiber optic networks face a variety of challenges during deployment and operation, such as moisture ingress, mechanical stress, UV exposure, accidental mishandling, and animal damage. These risks can cause signal attenuation, network outages, and costly maintenance. Reliable fiber optic accessories are essential to safeguard high-speed transmission and stable communication.
CONWELL fiber optic accessories are manufactured from high-performance polymers and equipped with advanced waterproof sealing systems. They are engineered for quick installation, dust and moisture protection, and fiber management flexibility. With compatibility across multiple fiber standards, they significantly reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
P68 waterproof and dustproof; UV- and aging-resistant for long-term outdoor use.
Meets IEC, ITU, RoHS standards; supports SC, LC, FC connectors and multi-core systems.
Pre-assembled designs enable quick deployment; optimized layout reduces bending loss.
OEM/ODM services for size, function, and environmental needs; end-to-end technical support throughout the lifecycle.
CONWELL supplies low- and medium-voltage overhead line accessories for distribution networks that must stay in service for decades. The range covers anchoring, suspension, tapping, and related fittings built for cold, heat, and storm exposure—not just mild climates.
The designs come out of work with utility partners, with a focus on faster installation, low upkeep, and lower lifecycle impact. Utilities that standardize on these fittings typically see fewer line failures, steadier grid performance, and lower long-term operating cost.
Ensures your network infrastructure is rock-solid and operates with long-term stability.
Products fully comply with international standards and certifications, guaranteeing global interoperability and quality.
User-friendly design greatly simplifies the installation process, saving you valuable time and costs.
Provides full-lifecycle professional services and support to safeguard your long-term operational stability.
ADSS access routes fail when one clamp type is used on every pole. We put CONWELL PA500 tension clamps on terminals and hard angles, and SSA suspension clamps on straight intermediate poles under light route angle. Matching OD to the clamp window stopped sheath crush at hang points and slip at dead ends.
Pole real estate is crowded with power and drop cables. CONWELL UPB brackets gave us a clean mount for one to three parallel fiber runs with band or bolt options. Combined with the tension and suspension clamps, installers finish a span without improvising brackets from power hardware—fewer mixed-BOM mistakes.
Heat, UV, and dust are constant on our aerial fiber corridors. CONWELL’s fiber accessories—clamps for anchoring and hanging, plus sealed protection hardware—kept attenuation stable through the first summer. Crews like the pre-oriented install steps; we like not rolling a truck every time a sheath nick turns into water ingress.
A dead end clamp securely anchors and terminates covered conductors at line ends or directional changes, providing mechanical support and electrical insulation while protecting the conductor’s outer insulation.
It uses specially designed UV-resistant plastic wedges to grip the conductor evenly without cutting or crushing the insulation. This ensures long-term insulation integrity and extends the conductor’s service life.
CONWELL Dead End Clamps are manufactured in compliance with the international standard NFC33-042,EN50483-3, ensuring safety and operational performance.
Yes. All CONWELL Dead End Clamps are supported by independent third-party test reports, verifying compliance with relevant performance, safety, and durability standards.
